Terms of Use
Short version: be cool, don't do anything that'd get the tools banned from Twitch or Discord, and remember the tools are provided as-is.
1. What you're agreeing to
By downloading or using any aquilo.gg tool (StreamFusion, Loadout, Rotation), joining the Minecraft server, or supporting on Patreon, you agree to these terms.
2. The tools are free, and provided as-is
StreamFusion, Loadout, and Rotation are free to download and use. They are provided without warranty of any kind — express or implied. We do our best to keep them stable, but there are no SLAs and no guarantees of uptime or compatibility with every platform change.
3. Platform terms still apply
Connecting one of our tools to Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, Discord, Spotify, or Patreon means you also agree to that platform's terms of service. You're responsible for using the tools in a way that complies with those platforms — we can't shield you from a ban earned by spamming chat or scraping API endpoints.
4. Patreon perks
Patron-tier features (StreamFusion Raid Finder, Loadout Plus modules, Rotation premium themes, etc.) are tied to your active patronage. When your patronage lapses or is refunded, the entitlement is revoked. We reserve the right to revoke entitlements without refund if a patron uses the tools to violate these terms, the linked platforms' terms, or applicable law.
5. Minecraft server rules
- Be respectful. No harassment, slurs, or witch-hunts.
- No griefing, no stealing from chests outside your own area.
- No exploits or hacked clients. X-ray ruins the fun for everyone.
- Build perms (Contributor tier) come with the expectation that you'll respect existing builds.
- Server staff can revoke access for rule violations.
6. Intellectual property
The aquilo.gg name, lightning-bolt mark, and the product names StreamFusion, Loadout, and Rotation are trademarks of aquilo. The source code of public tools is licensed as stated in each repository — usually permissive open source. You're welcome to fork, hack, and learn. You can't use the aquilo brand to pass off a clone as official.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aquilo and aquilo.gg are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools or the Minecraft server. If you rely on these tools for your livelihood, keep backups.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the tools evolve. Material changes will be announced in the Discord and on the changelog. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
