Terms of Use

By using aquilo.gg or any aquilo tool (StreamFusion, Rotation, the overlays, the bots, and everything else on the site), signing in with Twitch or Discord, joining the Minecraft server or the Discord, subscribing on Twitch, or supporting on Patreon or Ko-fi, you agree to these terms.

The aquilo.gg tools are free to download and use. They are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep them stable, but there are no SLAs and no guarantees of uptime or compatibility with every platform change.

Connecting one of our tools to Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, Discord, or Spotify means you also agree to that platform's terms of service. You're responsible for using the tools in a way that complies with those platforms, we can't shield you from a ban earned by spamming chat or scraping API endpoints.

The core of every tool is free for everyone. Supporting aquilo. A Twitch subscription, a Patreon pledge, or a one-time Ko-fi tip. Is a thank-you, not a purchase: supporters get early access to new features, extra cosmetics, and higher limits on a few extras (like Overlay Composer layouts), and they help fund development. Supporter perks are tied to your active subscription or pledge and end when it lapses, is refunded, or is charged back.

All payments are processed by the platform you paid on, whether that is Twitch, Patreon, or Ko-fi, and their billing and refund policies apply. aquilo does not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable by us; they never unlock anything. We reserve the right to end supporter perks without refund if a supporter uses the tools to violate these terms, the linked platforms' terms, or applicable law.

Bolts (and any other on-stream points, currencies, tickets, cards, packs, or items in aquilo tools) are a free entertainment feature. They are earned by participating. Watching, checking in, playing games, and cannot be purchased with money. They have no cash value, are not property, cannot be sold, redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for money or anything of real-world value, and are non-transferable outside the tools. Games that use them are free games played for virtual points only. Nothing of value is staked and nothing of value can be won.

We (and the streamer whose channel you're playing in) may adjust earn rates, prices, balances, and features, or reset or discontinue a virtual currency entirely, at any time. Balances are a scoreboard, not a wallet.

Streamers using aquilo tools that support giveaways, redemption stores, or prize mechanics are responsible for what they award and for complying with the laws that apply to them. One hard rule from us: don't award prizes with real-world value in exchange for entries bought with points, bits, subs, or any other paid or purchasable thing. If a prize has real-world value, entry must be free. We may cut off tool access for streamers who use the tools to run unlawful raffles or lotteries.

• Be respectful. No harassment, slurs, or witch-hunts.
• No griefing, no stealing from chests outside your own area.
• No exploits or hacked clients. X-ray ruins the fun for everyone.
• Build perms come with the expectation that you'll respect existing builds.
• Server staff can revoke access for rule violations.

The aquilo.gg name, lightning-bolt mark, and the product names StreamFusion and Rotation are trademarks of aquilo. The source code of public tools is licensed as stated in each repository, usually permissive open source. You're welcome to fork, hack, and learn. You can't use the aquilo brand to pass off a clone as official.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aquilo and aquilo.gg are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools or the Minecraft server. If you rely on these tools for your livelihood, keep backups.

We may update these terms as the tools evolve. Material changes will be announced on the changelog. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
