Privacy Policy

The marketing site you're reading is statically served — there are no sign-ups, no cookies, no contact forms, and no analytics enabled at this time. If we add privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., Plausible) we'll update this page and clearly disclose what is tracked.

• StreamFusion reads chat and event data from each platform you connect (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick). That data lives in memory while the app is running and is not transmitted to any aquilo-owned server.
• Loadout stores your settings and viewer points locally inside Streamer.bot. The companion Discord bot stores Discord user IDs and balances on a Cloudflare KV store owned by aquilo.
• Rotationuses Spotify's OAuth to read what you're currently playing. Tokens are stored locally in your browser — they never touch an aquilo-owned database.

When you sign in to one of our tools via Patreon, Twitch, or Discord OAuth the tool receives a token from that platform. We use the minimum scopes required (read-only entitlement checks, public channel data) and we do not share, sell, or resell the token. Tokens are cached locally and you can sign out from the relevant settings page at any time.

aquilo.gg links out to Patreon, Discord, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Kick, and CraftingStore. Each of those platforms has its own privacy policy — you are subject to theirs once you leave aquilo.gg.

aquilo.gg and its tools are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

You can request deletion of any data the Loadout Discord bot has tied to your Discord ID by messaging the moderators on the aquilo Discord. We process these requests within 7 days.
