Privacy Policy
Short version: aquilo.gg collects almost nothing. The long version below spells out the few exceptions.
1. What aquilo.gg itself collects
The marketing site you're reading is statically served, there are no sign-ups, no cookies, no contact forms, and no analytics enabled at this time. If we add privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., Plausible) we'll update this page and clearly disclose what is tracked.
2. What the tools collect
- StreamFusion reads chat and event data from each platform you connect (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick). That data lives in memory while the app is running and is not transmitted to any aquilo-owned server.
- Bolts, the cross-platform points viewers earn, are stored on a Cloudflare KV store owned by aquilo. The companion Discord bot stores Discord user IDs and Bolts balances there so your wallet is matched across platforms.
- Rotationuses Spotify's OAuth to read what you're currently playing. Tokens are stored locally in your browser, they never touch an aquilo-owned database.
3. OAuth sign-in and account linking
When you sign in to one of our tools via Twitch or Discord OAuth the tool receives a token from that platform. We use the minimum scopes required (your identity and public channel data) and we do not share, sell, or resell the token. Tokens are cached locally and you can sign out from the relevant settings page at any time.
When you sign in with Twitch at aquilo.gg, we read your public Twitch account (your user ID, login, and display name) to create your account and anchor your Bolts wallet. The access token is used once during sign-in and is not stored. You can optionally connect Discord for community roles. Sign out from your profile page at any time.
4. Third-party services we link to
aquilo.gg links out to Discord, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Kick, and CraftingStore. Each of those platforms has its own privacy policy, you are subject to theirs once you leave aquilo.gg.
5. Children
aquilo.gg and its tools are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
6. Your rights
You can request deletion of any data the Discord bot has tied to your Discord ID by messaging the moderators on the aquilo Discord. We process these requests within 7 days.
