If you cancel
Cancel any time by asking in the community chat, and the tier ends when the month you've paid for runs out. You keep everything you earned by playing, and any one-time tiers you own stay yours forever.
Gale

Your own role. $35
Pick a name and two colours. Your role fades between them in chat, in the player list and above your head. One-time, yours, and nobody else can have it.
Every role is checked by a person before it goes live. Names that impersonate staff are refused up front. On Java the fade is smooth; Bedrock has no hex colour and rounds each step to the nearest of the 16 classic colours, so it reads as banded there. Needs your Minecraft account linked.
Crate keys. Bolts only
Keys are never sold for money. Bolts are the community currency you earn by watching, playing and voting. Spend them here and the key is handed to your linked Minecraft account in game.
Needs your Minecraft account linked (run /linkin game, enter the code on your account page) and a Discord sign-in, that’s where your Bolts live.

About crate keys
Crate keys are never sold. Not on their own, not in a bundle, not hidden inside a tier. Every key on the server is earned by playing. The Aurora crate is cosmetic-only and every player can open it free with Frost Shards. Nothing in it affects play, and nothing in it is reachable only by paying.
Refunds
14 days, unused, no questions. A refunded purchase is a removed tier, without exception. Payment disputes remove the tier immediately while the dispute is looked at.
Every tier except Windkeeper is a one-time purchase. Pay once, keep it. Windkeeper is monthly, and ends when you ask us to stop. Manage your linked account from your account page. If you’re under 18, get a parent or guardian’s permission before buying. It’s their card and their call.
