ScratchDrop

Scratch-off tickets, live on your stream. Channel points, bits, gift subs and TikTok gifts earn tickets; the foil comes off on screen, chat holds its breath, prizes fire your own Streamer.bot actions.

Four ways the foil comes off

Pick a default, or give every trigger its own method.

Auto-reveal

The ticket scratches itself with particles, sound, and a slow dramatic final cell when two symbols already match.

⌨️

Chat scratches

The winner (or everyone) types B2 in chat to pick cells. One redemption becomes a whole chat moment.

🖱️

You scratch

Scratch with your mouse through OBS Interact, or tap number keys. Made for golden tickets and jackpot drama.

❤️

TikTok likes erode

Likes literally chip the foil away in real time; gifts blast whole cells clear. Community tickets the room scratches together.

Built like a real scratcher

Outcomes draw at issue time from your weighted prize table, then the card is printed to match, exactly like the paper ones.

🎁

Your prizes, your actions

VIP, song picks, Discord roles, sound memes: any prize can fire any Streamer.bot action you already have, with the winner passed in.

📦

Stock + odds

Weighted odds with an explicit no-win chance, limited stock per prize (3 VIP slots, ever), restock from the dock. Chat can ask !odds any time.

💎

Jackpot meter

Every losing ticket feeds a pot shown on screen. The jackpot symbol takes it all and resets the meter.

📅

Prize schedules

Day-and-hour windows per prize: song picks on music night, VIP drops on Fridays only. Closed prizes leave the draw automatically.

🌟

Golden tickets

Rare upgrades with gold foil and a bigger fanfare. Hand one to a raider from the dock, or set a random drop rate.

🌊

Hype-train proof

Queue with pacing, plus flood mode: compress animations 2x or batch a gifter's 20 tickets into one card.

Setup

No installs, no sign-ups. If Streamer.bot is running, you're two pastes away.

Customize your ticket

Open the customizer, pick a theme, set your prizes and triggers, then hit Copy overlay URL. Your whole config travels inside the URL.

Add it to OBS

Add a Browser source, paste the URL, size it to your canvas (1920x1080 or 1080x1920 for portrait). Make sure Streamer.bot's WebSocket server is on (default 127.0.0.1:8080, it usually already is). Streaming to TikTok? Run TikFinity on the same PC and flip the TikFinity toggle in the customizer.

Import the Streamer.bot bundle

Download scratchdrop-import.sb.txt, then in Streamer.bot: Import → drop the file in → done. You get prewired actions for chat announcements, VIP grants, sounds, a Discord webhook, the dock relay, and a fetcher that hands your native Twitch subscriber emotes to the symbol picker. Prizes can also point at any action you already built.

Optional: dock the controls

In OBS: Docks → Custom Browser Docks → add https://aquilo.gg/scratchdrop/dock/. Queue control, manual tickets, golden comps, jackpot, restocks, history export.

FAQ

Is it really free?
Yes, everything: every method, every theme, jackpots, the dock, all of it. If it earns a spot in your scenes, pay what you want. That's the entire business model.
What do I need running?
Streamer.bot with its WebSocket server enabled (on by default) for Twitch / YouTube / Kick. TikFinity (desktop) if you want TikTok gifts and likes. ScratchDrop itself is just a browser source; there is no app to install and no server in the middle.
Where does my data live?
On your PC. Config, jackpot, stock and history are stored in the browser source's local storage. Nothing is uploaded, there are no accounts, and we run no backend for this.
How do channel point refunds work?
ScratchDrop consumes the redemption event and issues the ticket; it does not manage the redemption queue. Set your reward to auto-fulfill (or handle refunds in Twitch's reward queue as usual).
Why doesn't mouse-scratching work?
OBS browser sources only receive mouse input through Interact (right-click the source → Interact). The streamer-scratch method is built for that window; number keys 1-9 work there too.
Can the symbols be my own emotes, photos or GIFs?
Yes, all of it. 7TV, BTTV and FFZ channel sets load automatically in the customizer's symbol picker, and your native Twitch subscriber emotes (plus follower and bits-tier emotes) load through the bundle's "ScratchDrop · Get Emotes" action, fetched with your own Twitch auth via Streamer.bot, so no ScratchDrop server ever touches your account. The picker also has GIPHY search and an upload tab (photos auto-compress, GIFs animate on the ticket), and the same media picker drives the card background and even a custom foil image, so the scratch layer itself can be your logo.
Can chat cheat by watching which cells win?
No. The outcome is drawn the moment the ticket is issued and the symbols are laid out to match, same as a printed scratcher. Picking different cells changes the show, not the result.
Does it work on a second PC / my editor's machine?
The copied overlay URL carries the full config, so the look works anywhere. Events need Streamer.bot reachable from that machine; point the connection settings at its host/port in the customizer.
