Set up the Aquilo Discord bot

Check-ins, streaks, games, tickets, go-live pings. One bot runs it all. Four steps from invite to fully wired.

1 Invite the bot

Start at aquilo.gg/bot and add it to your server. You'll need Manage Server permission on the Discord side.

2 Claim your server

If you use Loadout, run /loadout-claim with the 8-character code from your install to bind the server to it. Not a Loadout user? Skip straight to step 3.

3 Run the setup wizard

/setup walks the guided path: which features you want, where they live. Under the hood it's /loadout-setup bind, you can re-bind any channel slot later (/loadout-setup bindings shows the current map, /loadout-setup status the health view).

4 Route your stream events

/twitch-event decides where go-lives, raids, subs and the rest get announced. Each event type can have its own channel, and each can be toggled off.

Good to know

  • The admin hub. /aquilo-hub posts a pinned control panel so you rarely need raw commands again.
  • Feature channels appear on their own. Games and community features create or adopt the channels they need when you enable them. Nothing to hand-build.
  • Something not responding? /loadout-setup status is the first stop; it shows what's bound and what's missing.
